BEGINNER COURSES JUNE 2010

Courses assist you develop a self-practice suitable for your level and ability and are designed to get you practicing Ashtanga yoga between 2 - 4 times per week, preparing you for timetabled Mysore classes. No experience required.

COURSE CLASS TIMES:
Two course classes per week in one of the following three time slots.

MON & WED 7 - 8AM
Monday 07 to Wednesday 30 June
MON & WED 7.30 - 8.30PM
Monday 07 to Wednesday 30 June
TUES & THUR 6.30 - 7.30PM
Tuesday 08 June to Thursday 01July
