HOW TO START YOUR PRACTICE WITH US
Please join us on the BEGINNER COURSE. These are held on the FIRST MONDAY of every month. Classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays for 4 weeks between 6am-7am (8 classes in total). The fee is $220 per person and places are limited to 5 new students per month so book in early.
After your first beginner month then re-join to commence a more independent practice in the second month. This will be individually guided and determined by your teacher.
After 2 x Beginner Months please join us in the Mysore class on a class pass. Payment and booking is done online.

· Wear: Comfortable light clothing for exercise
· Bring: A Towel
· Food / Drink: Please refrain from eating for approx. 1 hour prior to class and water is not to be consumed during practice.
· Injuries / Pregnancy / Special Medical Conditions: Please advise us prior to the commencement of joining the beginner course and seek any appropriate advice from your doctor or medical practitioner before starting a yoga practice.
· Facilities: We have a shower for your use and yoga mats will be supplied. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
Make - Up Policy
Make-ups are ONLY permitted during the month of your course booking ie. Make ups can not be done on subsequent course months. Make-ups must be done on consultation with your teacher.
